Chester sniffed at the slop his owner placed in his food bowl, mumbling about the taste. "sigh. i guess i will catch my own dinner this evening." he meowed as he padded towards the cat door. he brushed outside and was welcomed by the early morning sun warming his tan-and-brown tabby fur. he stretched his back legs out behind him, his tail going up in contentment. (it would be perfect, if not for the drrunken father) he thought to himself.
